Overview

The LM339N Comparator is composed of four independent voltage comparators crafted to function optimally within an expansive spectrum of voltage supplied by a sole source. The versatility extends to accommodating dual power supplies, provided that the voltage disparity between the two sources ranges from 2 V to 36 V, with VCC asserting itself as a minimum of 1.5 V more positively charged than the input common-mode voltage. The current consumption remains unaffected by the variations in supply voltage. These comparators' outputs offer the convenience of interconnection with other open-collector outputs, fostering the establishment of wired-AND relationships.

LM324: Although the LM324 is not identical to the LM339, it is a quad operational amplifier. While it's not a voltage comparator like the LM339, it can be used in similar applications when op-amp functionality is required.
