Overview

Texas Instruments CSD95480RWJ 70A Synchronous Buck NexFET™ Smart Power Stages implement a highly optimized design into a high-power, high-density synchronous buck converter. Integrating the driver IC and power MOSFETs completes the power stage switching function producing a high-current, high-efficiency, and high-speed switching capability in a small 5mm × 6mm outline package. An enhanced accuracy and simplified system design are viable through the integration of the accurate current sensing and temperature sensing functionalities. Additional features offer a high-frequency operation up to 1.25MHz, and a 70A continuous operating current capability. An ultra-low-inductance package provides a system optimized PCB footprint, reducing design time and overall system design completion.
