Overview

The U2794B-NFSG3H is IC DEMODULATOR QUAD 1KHZ 20SSO, that includes Tape & Reel (TR) Packaging, they are designed to operate with a 20-LSSOP (0.173", 4.40mm Width) Package Case, Function is shown on datasheet note for use in a Demodulator, that offers Voltage Supply features such as 4.75 V ~ 5.25 V, Supplier Device Package is designed to work in 20-SSO, as well as the 35mA Current Supply, the device can also be used as 3.5dBm P1dB. In addition, the Noise Figure is 12dB, the device is offered in 70MHz ~ 1GHz LO Frequency, the device has a 40MHz ~ 1.03GHz of RF Frequency.
