Overview

The TC1016/TC1017 Evaluation Board is designed for the evaluation of Low-Dropout (LDO) regulators. Onboard jumpers have measurement points for input current and LDO ground current as well as enabling the user to add additional capcitance values of 4.7 μF and 10 μF for input and output capacitance for each circuit. Other provisions of the TC1016/TC1017 evaluation board include line and load step circuitry, input and output capacitor values of 1 μF and test points for LDO input voltage, output voltage, ground and shutdown input connections.
