Overview

The MIC5237-2.5YU is a general purpose low-dropout regulator capable of 500mA output current with better than 3% output voltage accuracy. Using proprietary Superβeta PNP® process with a PNP pass element, these regulators feature less than 300mV dropout voltage and typically 8mA ground current at full load.
