The HV816K6-G is IC LED DRIVER HI VOLT 16QFN, that includes EL Lamp Driver Type, they are designed to operate with a Tape & Reel (TR) Packaging, Package Case is shown on datasheet note for use in a 16-VQFN Exposed Pad, that offers Frequency features such as 50kHz ~ 200kHz, it has an Operating Temperature range of -40°C ~ 85°C, as well as the Surface Mount Mounting Type, the device can also be used as 2.7 V ~ 5.5 V Voltage Supply.
