Overview

The HV2803/AHA device is a no high-voltage bias, low-harmonicdistortion, low-charge injection, 32-channel, high-voltage analog switches. Itis intended for use in applications requiring high-voltage switching controlledby low-voltage signals, such as medical ultrasound imaging and printers.The HV2803/AHA device has two modes of operation determined by theMODE pin: individualswitching mode with 32-channel SPST switches and bank switching mode with 16-poledouble throw (16PDT) logic. Bank switching mode is intended for probeselection.The device requires only ±6V or ±5V supplies and can pass ±100Vhigh voltage pulses.The HV2803/AHA is one member of 32ch, no HV bias, analog switchfamily (HV2803/2903/2904).The HV2803/AHA device has no bleed resistors. The HV2903 device has integrated bleed resistors at both sides ofthe switches.The HV2904 device has bleed resistors at one side only.
