Overview

The ATA6660-TAPY 19 is IC TXRX CAN 3.3V 1MBAUD 8-SOIC, that includes Transceiver Type, they are designed to operate with a Cut Tape (CT) Packaging, Package Case is shown on datasheet note for use in a 8-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm Width), it has an Operating Temperature range of -40°C ~ 125°C, Mounting Type is designed to work in Surface Mount, as well as the 4.75 V ~ 5.25 V Voltage Supply, the device can also be used as 8-SO Supplier Device Package. In addition, the Protocol is CAN, the device is offered in 2016/1/1 Number of Drivers Receivers, the device has a Half of Duplex, and Receiver Hysteresis is 70mV.
