Overview

Atmel 4-Mb in-system programmable configuration PROM provides easy-to-use, cost-effective configuration memory for FPGAs. This device comes in 8-lead LAP or 20-lead PLCC packages. This PROM uses a simple serial-access procedure to configure one or more FPGA devices. It can be programmed with industry-standard programmers, the Atmel ATDH2200E programming kit, or the Atmel ATDH2225 ISP Cable.
