Overview

Cypress S6AE101A Energy Harvesting Power Management ICs enable tiny solar-powered wireless sensors for Internet of Things (IoT) applications. Cypress S6AE101A is the lowest power, single-chip energy harvesting PMIC and is designed for use with solar cells as small as 1cm2. S6AE101A offers startup power of 1.2�W and consumption current as low as 250nA. This low power performance maximizes the power available for the sensing, processing, and communications functions of a target application. These Cypress PMICs are fully integrated and ideal for battery-less Wireless Sensor Nodes (WSNs) that monitor physical and environmental conditions for smart homes, commercial buildings, factories, infrastructure, and agriculture.
