Overview

International Rectifier’s µHVIC™ family is a tool kit of ICs for common circuit elements in switched mode power (SMPS) electronics. The family offers engineers simple, flexible ICs with which to conveniently design and innovate. The newest family of µHVIC devices include the IRSxx752L 100 V, 200 V, and 600 V single-channel high-side drivers; the IRS25751L high-voltage start-up IC; the IRS44273L single-channel low-side driver IC; the IRS2505L PFC boost driver IC; and the IR25750L current sensing IC. The IRSxx752L are high-side, single-channel gate driver ICs with 600 V (IRS25752L), 200 V (IRS20752L), or 100 V (IRS10752L) blocking and level shifting capability. The IRSxx752L series includes a wide VCC supply range, UVLO protection, and excellent immunity to harsh dv/dt or –VS switching environments. The series utilizes International Rectifier’s Gen 5 HVIC process which allows for these functions and features to be realized in a tiny 6-pin SOT-23 package.
