Infineon 2EDS8xx5H/2EDF72x5x 2EDi EiceDriver™ Gate Driver ICs are 2-channel isolated gate drivers ICs designed with Coreless Transformers CT isolation technology for robust operation in high-performance noisy half-bridges. The 2EDi EiceDriver™ devices support primary and secondary control of hard- and soft power switching topologies for exceptional power conversion efficiency. Using these robust 4A/8A source/sink dual-channel gate drivers, designers can increase efficiency in CoolMOS™ and OptiMOS™ MOSFET half-bridges.
