The MK64FN1M0VLL12 is a 32-bit 120MHz Cortex-M4 based Microcontroller Unit with FPU. The K64 product family members are optimized for cost-sensitive applications requiring low-power, USB/Ethernet connectivity and up to 256kB of embedded SRAM. This device share the comprehensive enablement and scalability of the Kinetis family. The microcontroller unit features 66 I/O's, optimization for applications requiring large memory densities and low-power processing efficiency. The Kinetis K series MCU portfolio offers the broadest selection of pin, peripheral- and software-compatible MCU families based on the ARM® Cortex®-M4 core.
