Overview

Based on the Anisotropic MagnetoResistive (AMR) effect, the KMI17/4 detects therotational speed of passive target wheels (i.e. having ferromagnetic teeth). This designdelivers secure speed information over a wide range of speed, air gap and temperature.It delivers the speed information via a current protocol at the supply pins.
