Overview

The HMC-C074 is a single stage power amplifier that operatesbetween 10 MHz and 6 GHz. The amplifier provides 13 dB ofgain, 40 dBm output IP3, and 29 dBm of output power at 1 dBgain compression while only consuming 450 mA from a 15 Vsupply.

The amplifier inputs/outputs are dc blocked and internallymatched to 50 Ω. Integrated voltage regulators allow for flexiblebiasing of both the negative and positive supply pins, whileinternal bias sequencing and active bias control allows forrobust operation and stable performance over temperature.
