Overview

The Renesas promotion board for RL78/L1A is the perfect board for first evaluation on the new device. The board includes a dot matrix display, on-chip debugging emulator, and has rich analog features. The reference application is showing a demonstration with oscilloscope and signal generator functions plus data logging. The kit also includes a AP4, application leading tools, and an applilet tool that can automatically generate control programs and device driver programs for peripheral modules. To reduce development time, the AP4 tool also produces workspace files and project files for the integrated development environment. The YRPBRL78L1A promotion board supports a large variety of products including RL78/G10, RL78/G11, RL78/G12, RL78G13, RL78/G14, RL78/G1C, RL78/G1D, RL78/G1F, RL78/G1G, RL78/I1D, RL78/I1E, RL78/L12, RL78/L13, RL78/L1C, and RL78/L1A series products.
