Overview

Intersil ISL68200IRZ-T7A Buck Controller features Intersil's proprietary R4 Technology. The controller supports a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 24V and a wide output range of 0.5V to 5.5V. It also has integrated LDOs to provide controller bias voltage for single supply operation. ISL68200IRZ-T7A includes a PMBus/SMBus/I�C interface for device configuration and telemetry and fault reporting.
