Overview

IDT HS300x High-Performance Relative Humidity and Temperature Sensors offer high reliability, long-term stability via proprietary sensor-level protection. These highly-accurate, fully calibrated sensors have fast measurement response time and a small 6-LGA package size. This makes the HS300x ideal for a variety of applications, including products designed for harsh environments to portable devices. Integrated calibration and temperature compensation logic provide fully corrected RH and temperature values sent through the standard I2C output. The HS300x High-Performance Relative Humidity and Temperature Sensors provide very low power and current consumption. The robust silicon carbide construction offers outstanding long term stability.
