Overview

IDT FS102x Liquid Flow Sensor Modules are designed to measure the flow rate of liquid using the thermo-transfer (calorimetric) principle. These flow sensors utilize thermopile sensing that provides an excellent signal-to-noise ratio. The flow sensors are designed with a solid thermal isolation technology and silicon-carbide coating. This protects the sensors from abrasive wear and provides robustness and long-term reliability. The flow sensors offer minimal flow resistance, making it highly suitable for gravity-feed applications.
