Overview

The RMPA2259 is IC MOD RF POWER AMP 10PIN 4X4LCC, that includes Cut Tape (CT) Packaging, they are designed to operate with a 10-TDFN Exposed Pad Package Case, Frequency is shown on datasheet note for use in a 1.92GHz ~ 1.98GHz, that offers Voltage Supply features such as 3 V ~ 4.2 V, Supplier Device Package is designed to work in 11-LCC (4x4), as well as the 50mA Current Supply, the device can also be used as 24dB Gain. In addition, the Noise Figure is 3dB, the device is offered in W-CDMA RF Type.
