Overview

The FSA5157L6X is a high-performance single-pole single-throw (SPST) depletion switch. The depletion technology allows the device to conduct signals when there is no VDD is available and to isolate signals when VDD is present. The FSA5157L6X is 5.5V tolerant and can pass or isolate negative signal swings down to -3.0V.
