Overview

The FIN24CGFX is IC SERIALIZER/DESERIAL 42-BGA, that includes μSerDes? Series, they are designed to operate with a Digi-ReelR Packaging, Package Case is shown on datasheet note for use in a 42-VFBGA, that offers Input Type features such as LVCMOS, it has an Operating Temperature range of -30°C ~ 70°C (TA), as well as the Surface Mount Mounting Type, the device can also be used as LVCMOS Output Type.
