Overview

The ADT7490 temperature monitor with fan control is ideal for designs that require economical and minimal noise system cooling. It is designed to;a) measure and monitor ambient temperatureb) measure and monitor up to 2 remote temperature sensorsc) monitor and control the fan speed of up to 4 fansThe ADT7490 also has the added functionality of series resistance cancellation and the ability to monitor a CPU temperature with it's PECI (platform environmental control interface).
