Overview

The EN2340QI is a Power System on a Chip(PowerSoC) DC-DC converter. It integrates MOSFETswitches, small-signal control circuits, compensationand an integrated inductor in an advanced8x11x3mm QFN module. It offers high efficiency,excellent line and load regulation over temperatureand up to the full 4A load range. The EN2340QIoperates over a wide input voltage range and isspecifically designed to meet the precise voltage andfast transient requirements of high-performanceproducts. The EN2340QI features frequencysynchronization to an external clock, power OKoutput voltage monitor, programmable soft-startalong with thermal and over current protection. Thedevice’s advanced circuit design, ultra high switchingfrequency, integrated inductor technology delivershigh-quality, and non-isolated DC-DC conversion.
