Overview

Vishay Semiconductors VLMx334 Power SMD LEDs are designed to incorporate larger chips, therefore, capable of withstanding a 70mA drive current. The package of the VLMx334 is the PLCC-2 and it consists of a lead frame which is embedded in a white thermoplast. The reflector inside this package is filled up with clear epoxy. Typical applications include traffic signals; interior and exterior lighting; dashboard illumination; indicator and backlighting purposes for audio, video, LCDs switches, symbols, and illuminated advertising.
