Overview

Vishay Semiconductor Optoelectronics' SensorXplorer demo board acts as a USB to I2C interface between the PC software and individual Vishay sensor demo boards. The kit includes the SensorXplorer demo board and a micro-USB cable (as seen in the image below), which connects the board to a Windows-based PC. Combining the SensorXplorer kit with any of the sensor demo board lets the user explore the capabilities of Vishay sensors. Once users download the most recent software, the SensorXplorer is backward-compatible with the previous SensorStarterKit, and the sensor boards and software modules used with it.LabVIEW-based software for the SensorXplorer Kit, in addition to an installation application note, is available for download at http://www.Vishay.com/ref/SensorXplorer.
