Overview

Vishay VEMDxx60x01 Silicon PIN Photodiodes are high-speed, high-sensitive PIN photodiodes with excellent Ira linearity. The VEMDxx60x01 are AEC-Q101-qualified for automotive use and are housed in a variety of small and low profile surface mount devices (SMD). These photodiodes have high photo and radiant sensitivity with fast response times. Typical applications include high-speed photo detectors, small-signal detection and proximity sensors.
