This Schottky rectifier is ideally suited for switch mode power supply and high frequency DC to DC converters.

Packaged in PowerFLAT 5x6, the STPS30170DJF-TR is optimized for use in low voltage high frequency inverters, free-wheeling and polarity protection applications.
