Overview

The SA555DX is IC OSC SINGLE TIMER 8-SOP, that includes 555 Type, Timer/Oscillator (Single) Type, they are designed to operate with a Tape & Reel (TR) Packaging, Package Case is shown on datasheet note for use in a 8-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm Width), it has an Operating Temperature range of -40°C ~ 85°C, Mounting Type is designed to work in Surface Mount, as well as the 4.5 V ~ 16 V Voltage Supply, the device can also be used as 8-SOIC Supplier Device Package. In addition, the Current Supply is 7.5mA.
