Overview

The BAT41KFILM is a general purpose metal to silicon Small Signal Schottky Diode featuring extremely fast switching, low forward and reverse recovery times. This diode is specially suited for switching mode with low IR losses. This device has integrated protection against excessive voltage such as electrostatic discharges.
