Overview

NXP NXQ1TXH5/101J One-Chip 5V Qi Wireless Transmitter is a controller and driver IC for 5V Qi-certified/-compliant low-power wireless chargers. NXQ1TXH5/101J is a fully integrated solution that includes a 5V full-bridge power stage. This NXP wireless charger IC provides 10mW (typical) standby (wait state) power through low-power receiver detection circuitry. NXQ1TXH5/101J operates from a 5V USB power supply. This wireless transmitter uses Smart Power Limiting (SPL) to adjust the output power automatically to compensate for power-limited supplies. This NXP device also supports Foreign Object Detection (FOD).
