The MP6914DN-LF-Z is an ideal diode that integrates a 30V, 5.3m? power MOSFET to replace bypass diodes in photovoltaic panel. The power loss can be significantly reduced with the MP6914DN-LF-Z due to its low voltage drop and reverse leakage current. The part is available with SOIC8-EP package.
