Overview

Melexis MLX90365 Triaxis Position Sensor ICs decode any moving magnet's absolute rotary position from 0 to 360�or linear displacement, stroke. The monolithic sensor ICs are attuned to the flux density applied orthogonally and parallel to the IC surface, enabling the continued development of non-contact position sensors. The MLX90365 series provides a digital PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) output characteristic and a programmable ratiometric analog output signal compatible with any resistive potentiometer or linear Hall sensor. These Melexis AEC-Q100 qualified position sensor ICs are ideal for both automotive and industrial applications.
