Overview

MACOM’s MA4ST1300 series is a highlyrepeatable, UHCVD/ion-implanted, hyperabruptsilicon tuning varactor in a cost effective surfacemount package. This series of varactors is designedfor high capacitance ratio, and high Q for low batteryvoltage operation. It is efficient for wide band tuningand low phase noise application where the supplyvoltage is limited to 5 volts or less. The varactors areoffered as singles in SC-79 and SOD-323 along witha common cathode version offered in the SC-70, 3Lead. These diodes are offered with standard Sn/Pbplating , as well as 100% matte Sn plating on ourRoHs compliant equivalent devices.
