Overview

The MASWSS0204TR-3000 is a GaAs pHEMT MMIC singlepole double throw (SPDT) high power switch in a lowcost SC70 six lead package. The MASWSS0204TR-3000 isideally suited for applications where high power, lowcontrol voltage, low insertion loss, high isolation,small size and low cost are required.Typical applications are for CDMA handsetsystems that connect separate transceiver and/orGPS functions to a common antenna, as well asother related handset and general purposeapplications. The MASWSS0204TR-3000 can be used in allsystems operating up to 3 GHz requiring high powerat low control voltage.The MASWSS0204TR-3000 is fabricated using a 0.5 microngate length GaAs pHEMT process. The processfeatures full passivation for performance andreliability.
