The MASWSS0178 GaAs monolithic switch provideshigh isolation in a lead-free, plastic surface mountpackage.The MASWSS0178 is ideal for applications across abroad range of frequencies including synthesizerswitching, transmit / receive switching, switchmatrices and filter banks in systems such as radioand cellular equipment, PCS, GPS, and fiber opticmodules.MACOM fabricates the MASWSS0178using a 1.0-micron gate length MESFET process.The process features full chip passivation forperformance and reliability.
