Overview

The MASW-008322-TR1000 is a versatile, broadband, highisolation SPDT switch offered in a lead-free 4 mm24-lead PQFN surface mount plastic package. Thedesign incorporates both series and shunt circuitelements with the locations optimized to achieveoutstanding broadband performance to 20 GHz.The combination of broadband performance alongwith very fast switching and excellent settling timemake this device ideal for many applications,including Test & Measurement, EW and broadbandcommunication systems.The MASW-008322-TR1000 is fabricated using MACOM’s mature 0.5um Low Gate-Lag pHEMT process. This robust process features full surface passivation for a high performance and highreliability.
