Overview

The MAPS-011007-TR0500 is a GaAs pHEMT 6-bit digitalphase shifter with an integrated CMOS driver in a4 mm PQFN plastic surface mount package. Stepsize is 5.6° providing phase shift from 0° to 360° in5.6° steps. This design has been optimized tominimize variation in attenuation over the phase shiftrange.The MAPS-011007-TR0500 is ideally suited for use wherehigh phase accuracy with minimum loss variationover the phase shift range are required. The 4 mmPQFN package provides a smaller footprint than istypically available for a digital phase shifter with aninternal driver. Typical applications includecommunications antennas and phased array radars.
