Overview

The MAOC-009262-SMB003 is an InGaP HBT-based voltagecontrolled oscillator for frequency generation. Noexternal matching components are required. ThisVCO is easily integrated into a phase lock loop usingthe divide-by-two output. The extremely low phasenoise makes this part ideal for many radioapplications including high capacity digital radios.The MAOC-009262-SMB003 primary applications arePoint-to-Point Radio, Point-to-Multipoint Radio,Communications Systems, and Low Phase Noiseapplications.The 5 mm PQFN package has a lead-free finish thatis RoHS compliant and compatible with a 260ºCreflow temperature. The package also features lowlead inductance and an excellent thermal path.
