Overview

MACOM’s MAMXSS0013TR-3000 is a passive mixer thatachieves the performance of a double balanceddiode mixer in a lead-free SOT-25 package. TheMAMXSS0013TR-3000 is ideally suited for use where highlevel RF signals and very wide dynamic range arerequired. Typical applications include frequency up/down conversion, modulation and demodulation inreceivers and transmitters for base station andportable systems.The MAMXSS0013TR-3000 uses FETs as mixing elementsto achieve very wide dynamic range in a low costplastic package. The mixer operates with LO drivelevels of +3 dBm to +8 dBm. The LO port may beexternally tuned for operation in various frequencybands.MACOM’s MAMXSS0013TR-3000 is fabricated using amature 0.5 micron gate length GaAs MESFETprocess. The process features full passivation forincreased performance and reliability. TheMAMXSS0013TR-3000 is 100% RF tested to ensureperformance specification compliance.
