Overview

MACOM's MADRCC0004 is a Quad channeldriver used to translate TTL control inputs into gatevoltages for GaAs FET microwave switches andattenuators. High speed analog CMOS technology isutilized to achieve low power dissipation at moderateto high speeds, encompassing most microwaveswitching applications.
