Overview

The MADR-009190-000100 is a four channel driverused to translate TTL control inputs into gate controlvoltages for GaAs FET microwave switches andattenuators. High speed analog CMOS technologyis utilized to achieve low power dissipation atmoderate to high speeds, encompassing mostmicrowave switching applications. The output HIGHlevel is optionally 0 to +2.0V (relative to GND) tooptimize the intermodulation products of FET controldevices at low frequencies. For driving PIN Diodecircuits, the outputs are nominally switched between+5V & -5V. The actual driver output voltages will belower when driving large currents due to the resistanceof the output devices.
