MACOMfabricates the MAAVSS0001TR-3000 with a provenmonolithic GaAs 0.5 micron gate process thatfeatures full chip passivation for performance andreliability.The MAAVSS0001TR-3000 is ideally suited for applicationsthat require fine tuning, linear attenuation withvoltage, and very low power consumption.Typical applications for the MAAVSS0001TR-3000 includeautomatic gain control circuits in satellite radioreceivers and other wireless receivers.
