MACOM’s MAATSS0018TR-3000 is a 1 bit, 10 dB stepGaAs MMIC digital attenuator in a lead-free SOT-25surface mount plastic package. The MAATSS0018is ideally suited for use where high accuracy, verylow power consumption and low intermodulationproducts are required. Typical applications includeradio, wireless LANs, GPS equipment and othergain/level control circuits.The MAATSS0018TR-3000 is a GaAs MMIC using a mature1-micron process. The process features full chippassivation for increased performance and reliability.
