Overview

MACOM’s MAATSS0017TR is a 0.5 dB step GaAsMMIC digital attenuator with 15.5 dB attenuationrange in a lead-free QSOP-16 (SSOP-16) package.It requires external DC blocking capacitors on theRF ports, positive supply voltage and five individualbit control voltages.The MAATSS0017TR is particularly suited where highattenuation accuracy, low insertion loss and lowintermodulation products are required. Typicalapplications include base stations, wireless data,and wireless local loop gain level control circuits.The MAATSS0017TR is fabricated using MACOM’sGaAs 1.0 micron process. The process features fullchip passivation for increased performance andreliability.
