MACOM’s MAADSS0008TR-3000 is a 1-bit, 15-dB stepGaAs MMIC digital attenuator in a lead-free SOT-25,5 lead surface mount plastic package. TheMAADSS0008TR-3000 is ideally suited for use where highaccuracy, very low power consumption and lowintermodulation products are required.Typical applications include wireless handsets, basestations, wireless LAN equipment, GPS receiversand any RF applications with automatic gain/levelcontrol circuits.The MAADSS0008TR-3000 is fabricated as a monolithicGaAs integrated circuit using a mature PHEMTprocess. The process features full chip passivationfor performance and reliability.
