The MAAD-000523-TR1000 is a 6-bit, 0.5-dB step GaAsMMIC digital attenuator in a lead-free 4 mm 24 leadPQFN surface mount plastic package. This device isideally suited for use where high accuracy, very lowpower consumption and low intermodulationproducts are required. Typical applications includeCellular Basestation RX/TX Line-up, Femtocells, andother gain / level control circuits.This attenuator is controlled with either a SPIcompatible serial interface or a 6 bit parallel word.
