Overview

The M6EH (SM6EH) is a double balanced mixer, designed for usein military, commercial and test equipment applications. Thedesign utilizes Schottky ring quad diodes and broadband ferritebaluns to attain excellent performance. This mixer can also beused as a phase detector and/or bi-phase modulator since the IFport is DC coupled to the diodes. Environmental screening availableto MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-202, or MIL-DTL-28837, consultfactory.
