Overview

MACOM’s AMC-184-SMA Connectorized is a feedback amplifier with highintercept and compression points. This amplifier ispackaged in a TO-8 package. Due to the internalpower dissipation the thermal rise should beminimized. The ground plane on the PC boardshould be configured to remove heat from under thepackage. AM-184 is ideally suited for use where ahigh intercept, high reliability amplifier is required.
