Overview

MACOM’s AM-162-SMA Connectorizer is a coupler feedback amplifierwith high intercept and compression points. The useof coupler feedback minimizes noise figure andcurrent in a high intercept amplifier. This amplifier ispackaged in a TO-8-1 package, a surface mountpackage and a connectorized version. The groundplane on the PC board should be configured toremove heat from under the package. AM-162 areideally suited for use where a high intercept, highreliability amplifier is required.
